Thank you for your interest in leasing a townhouse at Hog Trough next academic year, 2024-2025.
Each prospective tenant and their guarantor completes an online application, i.e., 2 applications per tenant unless the tenant is applying without a guarantor. You can view a sample lease below.
Your household may reserve a townhouse immediately by paying the security deposit, one month’s rent. The security deposit is refundable if you decide not to lease or do not qualify.
Your townhouse is NOT reserved until you sign a lease OR pay the security deposit. It is much less stressful for everyone to reserve at the beginning of the application process. Each prospective tenant can pay their share of the one month security deposit or one person can pay the security deposit for the household.
Once we receive all applications within 48 hours.
The Security Deposit can be venmo'ed to @Curry-GST-FYV (PREFERRED), paid by credit card, or transferred to HogTroughTownhouses@gmail.com via Zelle. If you venmo the funds, please request $1 before doing so to verify you are sending to the correct account. Call me if you are utilizing a credit card.
